There's a distinct possibility that I'll be voting early here at work. Can I still come to the party? Do you want details of when early-voting might be at BookPeople in Austin on the Corner of 6th&Lamar? Is that too blatant a pimpage?

That previous post: that was by me. It says A. Nonnymouse, but it's not by him. That jerk tried to take the credit for it, but it was by me.

Please tell us more about early voting! I've never understood how that works, actually. So, feel free to write a comment, or post on your own blog and I'll link to it. Thanks. Spiffy.

Oh, and of course you can come to the party. The point is to *vote*!

Early voting is just like regular voting, only you do it early.
Yeah, I know, har har har, but it's the truth. They have the machines all set up & you go and vote, just like you would. On the link you have, there are several early polling places listed. You go to these on the dates & times available. They'll have little booths set up, and you vote. It's as simple as that.
It's probably gouche, but I'm posting here a link that is a link off of your link above that you linked your link-up linkage to. It has a good explanation of the particulars.
The upshot is, you don't have to fill out a paper & mail stuff in any more. It's keen!
